Cleora provides window washing and gutter cleaning in the Chicago suburbs. This policy explains what we collect when you use cleoraclean.com, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your address. The address you type, plus the matching place, coordinates and ZIP code from Google, so we can price the right home.
- Your home’s size. Square footage and stories from Cook County public property records or Google’s satellite data, or the numbers you enter yourself.
- Your request. The services you pick, window counts, and the price we calculate.
- Your contact details. Name, phone number and email, when you book.
- How you found us. Whether you came from our business card QR code or a link with campaign tags.
Our server briefly uses your IP address to stop abuse, such as too many requests in a minute. We do not store it with your booking. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Your browser keeps one small note for the current visit so the opening animation plays only once.
How we use it
- To show you a price and to schedule and do the work you booked.
- To call, text or email you about your estimate, booking, arrival and follow-up on that job.
- To keep records of the work we did and improve our pricing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
When you book and give us your mobile number, you agree that Cleora may text you about that booking: confirmations, scheduling, arrival notices and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only companies that see your number are the ones that deliver our messages for us.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the site. They only get what they need to do their part:
- Google: address suggestions, place details and satellite building data. Our fonts also load from Google Fonts.
- Cook County open data: public property records used to size your home.
- Supabase: the database where bookings are stored.
- DigitalOcean: the server that runs our website and booking notifications.
- Our email and text message providers: to send booking messages.
- Cloudflare: our domain name service.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our crew or our business.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records while we work with you and for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and warranty questions. Ask us and we will delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Stop emails by replying to one and asking.
Security
Our keys and database stay on our servers, never in your browser, and the database only accepts requests from our own server. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who and what can reach your information.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and residents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
